L & D Solutions

Once the need for a learning solution has been identified, another of our key strengths comes into play: that of designing learning resources. Here too, we will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders from within your business to design a solution that your organisation can truly own.

With our wealth of experience, we are able to design learning solutions for the classroom, online delivery, individual study, group work, or for a blend of any and all of these. We are familiar and comfortable with traditional approaches and emerging technologies.

We shy away from a cookie cutter approach to learning and do not design one solution to replicate another. We are able to identify the most appropriate approach for each learning solution, and prefer to start each project with a clean slate, wiping away pre-conceptions, so that each resource is uniquely targetted towards the needs and the audience it is intended to address.
